Photography Club ClassesMichael Schlitt offers classes and workshops regularly. Classes at all levels are available for groups of ten or more, photography clubs, and schools by arrangement. Michael Schlitt also offers advanced classes for groups as small as four students. You can email him for details. Saturday, February 18, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. with an hour break for lunch Location: Charlevoix Circle of Arts, 109 Clinton Street, Charlevoix Instructor: Michael Schlitt PHOTOSHOP: LAYERS 101 - I will be using Photoshop CS-5 to teach the power and capabilities of Photoshop's Layers including masking, effects, adjustments, multiple image HDR, and single image HDR from Raw files. Laptops are welcome.
Saturday, March 10, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. with an hour break for lunch Location: Charlevoix Circle of Arts, 109 Clinton Street, Charlevoix Instructor: Michael Schlitt PHOTOSHOP: SELECTING & RETOUCHING - I will be using Photoshop CS-5, but most of the same tools are in Elements. We will learn how to make selections to isolate areas of an image. Then we will use cloning, blurring and healing tools and techniques to clean up and perfect images. Laptops are welcome.
Monday, May 7, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Location: Charlevoix Circle of Arts, 109 Clinton Street, Charlevoix Instructor: Bob Walker ADOBE LIGHTROOM - Bob is an expert at lightroom and will share with you his work flow using Lightroom. (We may have to treat Bob to a beer after the class?)
