“I am not a professional chef, but I try to cook like one at home.  I have worked in high-end restaurants in Minneapolis and St Paul Minnesota and gained an affinity for pasta there.  Although I am not of Italian descent, I have a great love of the cooking of Italy, and fresh pasta is a favorite.  I have been making pasta by hand for 15 years or more and enjoy showing others the joy of making good food at home.”
