Jasmine has been exploring the worlds of weaving and dyeing for over a decade. She enjoys the complexity of these tactile arts which she expresses under the name Howl at the Loom. She grew up in Michigan's Northern Lower Peninsula and still calls this region home along with her young family and myriad of animals. Spending time in nature with her two kids is an endless source of joy. Jasmine holds an Associate of Arts and Certificate in Textiles from North Central Michigan College. She continues to be hungry for deeper knowledge of fiber arts which has led her to seek further study under renowned instructors including Shanna Robinson, India Flint, Elin Noble, Mary Zicafoose, and Alissa Allen.
