In a non-competitive atmosphere students will learn how to make complex rhythms with their feet at a pace they can thrive and build confidence. This upbeat, lively class will teach the fundamentals of tap, basic pattern and choreography memorization using drills and fun games.
Students will learn choreography and have the opportunity to perform all they have learned in 10 weeks in a recital February 3, 2024. Dress rehearsal attendance February 2, 2024 is mandatory for all dancers who want to perform in the recital on 2/3/24. Measurements for costumes, and payment for costumes is due the second week of class (all information on costumes will be given to dancers week one of class). Recital participation is optional, dancers are not required to perform to register and participate in the 10 week session. The class instructor reserves the right to deny any dancer the privilege of performing in the recital due to lack of attendance or failure to learn/memorize the choreography (this is a safety concern).
*If your student is 10 and has taken a Level I class twice with miss Beamer, please register them for Level II. Questions? Email instructor beamer.dance@gmail.com
