Artist Demonstrations at CCA
Interested in sharing your creative process with the community?
CCA welcomes artists and makers to share their work through live demonstrations, hands-on experiences, and creative conversations that inspire and connect visitors with the arts.

Artist demonstrations offer a meaningful way to share your work, inspire others, and help visitors better understand the artistic process. Whether you are painting, sculpting, weaving, carving, printmaking, drawing, or working in another art form, we invite you to bring your creativity to CCA.
About Artist Demonstrations
Demonstrations may take place during exhibitions, special events, community programs, or other scheduled times throughout the year. These opportunities are designed to:
-
Highlight local and regional artists
-
Engage visitors of all ages
-
Provide educational and inspiring arts experiences
-
Connect artists with the community
-
Support CCA’s mission to cultivate a more inspired and educated community through the arts
Who Can Participate
Artists and makers working in a variety of mediums are welcome to inquire. Demonstrations should be appropriate for a public setting and offer visitors an opportunity to observe, learn, ask questions, or participate when appropriate.

Details
Demonstrations are scheduled based on artist availability, program needs, and alignment with CCA exhibitions or events.
Artists are responsible for bringing their own materials and supplies unless otherwise arranged. CCA will work with each artist to determine space needs, timing, setup, and promotional details.

In addition to sharing your work with the community, demonstrations may also create opportunities to connect with new audiences and, in some cases, offer artwork for sale. Opportunities vary by event and setting. Contact us to learn more and discuss details.
