ALL classes are held in our garden level art studio accessible by stairs only unless otherwise noted.

PILATES MAT CLASS: Monday Evenings
4 WEEK SESSION:
June 29 - July 27 (no class July 6th)
Mondays, 5:30 - 6:20pm.
Class Fee:
$100 for session of 4 classes, $90 for members
$30 for drop-ins
Minimum # of students to hold the class = 4
Maximum # of students per class = 10
Mat Pilates is a whole-body workout with a focus on the core. Using the traditional Pilates repertoire, this class focuses on learning the form and technique of mat work, paying close attention to posture and core control. The importance of incorporating breath and mindful movement is also emphasized. This class is great for all levels, and beginners are welcome.
Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• Comfortable clothing you can move in
• Bottle of Water

YOGA: Joint Mobility & Gentle Flow

Join experienced yoga teacher Heidi Grace Dietrich for a traditional yoga practice inspired by her time in India this winter and the roots of yoga. This class focuses on joint mobility, gentle strengthening, and mindful movement to keep the body healthy, supple, and balanced.
The practice begins with simple movements to lubricate and awaken the joints - ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, and wrists - followed by accessible yoga postures, breath awareness, and relaxation.
This class is open to all levels and designed to be welcoming and supportive for everybody, including beginners and those returning to movement after time away.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Student Withdrawal
Due to artist/instructor preparations and travel, we do not provide refunds.
Weather-Related
In the event that Charlevoix Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, classes will be cancelled. To the best of our ability, CCA will schedule a make-up class. Refunds will not be provided if the student is unable to attend a rescheduled class.
Minimum Enrollment
If a class does not have the minimum number of students enrolled, CCA will notify you prior to the first session that the class is cancelled and will offer a full refund to the student. (Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card and check & cash payments will be refunded by check.)
